QED
Consulting
QED Consulting is a New York based firm focused on improving business
performance through the alignment of Strategy, People and Process. QED
has developed pioneering training tools, including the Global Diversity
Game. Brook Graham are QED's U.K. strategic partners for developing
and marketing the first U.K. edition of the game.
Praesta Partners
Praesta are leaders in the field of Executive Coaching, and are sponsors
of the FTSE 100 Cross Company Mentoring Programme, managed in partnership
with Brook Graham on Praesta's behalf. The basis of the programme
is for the chairman or CEO of a FTSE 100 company to mentor a woman in
the so-called "marzipan layer" (i.e. just below main board)
of another top company. The objective is to help the women mentees, (via
the provision of advice and guidance), to manage their careers so that
they can attain a non-executive director role and/or an executive director
role in a FTSE 100 company.

online software programme that is an invaluable tool in the development
of a culture that supports diversity. This is a holistic personal development
