About Us

Lesley Brook and Jacey Graham co-founded Brook Graham in 2004. They work with a broad range of leading international companies, helping them to introduce, manage and deliver Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) initiatives within their organisations.

Lesley BrookLesley Brook has over 30 years experience as a Human Resources and D&I professional. She has extensive experience of managing organisational change in a variety of operational settings, both in the UK and internationally. Prior to 2004, Lesley was the Global Diversity Manager for Shell Chemicals. Working in close partnership with the Shell Chemicals Executive Team, she developed and implemented Shell’s D&I strategy for a global workforce based in more than 40 countries.

In her early career, Lesley held a range of senior generalist HR roles in the UK and South Africa, having also developed specialist expertise in the fields of HR strategy, policy development and employee relations.

She has served two terms of office on the governing college council of King’s College, University of London and has also been a member of their HR Policy and Remuneration Committees. She is a founder member and Chair of The Second Chance Choir, based in Blackheath, London.

Lesley is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and a graduate of the University of York.

Lesley BrookJacey Graham began her professional life with Lloyds Bank, working for 19 years in the areas of Financial Services, Talent Management, Leadership Development and Diversity. She moved to Shell in 2001 where she was head of Diversity Strategy and Planning. Whilst her experience encompasses broad aspects of diversity in countries around the world, she has particular expertise in gender advancement, for which Shell received internationally recognised awards in the USA, UK and The Netherlands in 2004.

In the UK, Jacey manages the FTSE100 Cross Company Mentoring Programme on behalf of Praesta Partners LLP and is also co-author of 'A Woman's Place is in the Boardroom', published in 2005 by Palgrave MacMillan, as well as co-author of the successful follow up book 'A Woman's Place is in the Boardroom: The Roadmap" published in 2008. Jacey is also a Visiting Fellow at Cranfield University School of Management's Centre for Women Business Leaders and a school governor of the Coopers' Company and Coborn School.
