Annabel has fifteen years’ experience as a qualified facilitator and management trainer, which is combined with front-line expertise in all aspects of staff development and recruitment. Equally comfortable working with groups or on a one-to-one basis, she can deliver value to support individual learning and development, and works regularly with groups ranging from undergraduates through to senior executives.
An experienced coach and mentor, her work has included acting as a mentor in the UK Department of Work and Pensions “Working Links’ Lone Parent Mentoring scheme”.
For the last four years she has also run the mentoring component of the Legal Launch Pad programme, which involves matching senior members of top law firms with students from disadvantaged backgrounds, briefing mentors and mentees, and supporting the ongoing process.
She has carried out a diversity audit for a major UK bank, and conducted a study of maternity leave provisions across the UK and Eastern Europe for a major international institution, which resulted in a change of policies.
Annabel has extensive experience of interviewing and assessing, use of competency frameworks, delivery and management of selection centres. In addition to various training, coaching and assessor accreditations, she holds the British Psychological Society Level A & B qualifications, enabling her to deliver and interpret occupational testing and personality measurement tools.
A former senior manager in the financial services sector, Annabel brings market-leading expertise to client assignments, having headed up the graduate recruitment function for two FTSE top 20 companies (Lloyds TSB and the Royal Bank of Scotland Group).
