As an independent expert to the European Commission in Brussels for over a decade, Caroline led transnational Research and Action projects in the field of Gender D & I, across 16 member-states: Responsible for selecting and coordinating teams of national experts, from public and private sectors, Caroline devised and managed a series of European projects targeting women in business, including skills workshops, networking and mentoring.
Highly skilled in cross-cultural learning contexts, Caroline has a track record of success in design and delivery of tailored leadership interventions and extensive experience in research, interviewing and assessment, against competency and performance frameworks. Caroline designs and runs workshops for leaders in multi-cultural, multi-disciplined teams, in key areas, such as: intercultural understanding & working in cross-cultural teams, public speaking & presentation skills; achieving work-life balance
Author of publications on creative thinking, language and communication skills for international business, Caroline also has a strong research background in the field of D & I, on issues such as cross-cultural business behaviours, gendered organisations, unconscious bias, authentic leadership development, leadership styles & personal branding. Caroline holds BSc Hons. in Anthropology from UCL, MSc in Economics & Marketing from London University and Postgraduate studies in Gender & Leadership, from Pantios University (Athens). In 2008, Caroline was appointed as external evaluator on the Diversity Performance Assessment Panel (British Council, Greece).
