Fiona
Morden

Fiona Morden has 25 years experience working with both the Private and Public sectors, in People and Operational Management, and Organisational Change.

She gained substantial International Diversity experience within a leading FTSE100 organisation, designing and embedding the Diversity strategy across the UK, Europe, Africa and the Middle East. This built on extensive Commercial and Operational experience, where her leadership, sales business improvement skills were honed via national and international front-line roles.

Thomas

Petunia has over eighteen years of business, leadership development and coaching experience. She has a passion for helping individuals and organisations develop and get the most from their talent. Her core expertise includes the design and delivery of leadership development, coaching and mentoring programmes for individuals, groups and teams, working closely with them to enhance leadership effectiveness, improve performance, lead change and deliver results. She has also developed and facilitated mentoring and career development programmes for under-represented groups, including women and ethnic minorities.

Jo works with Brook Graham in an OD capacity following a diverse and successful career in banking, culminating in Head of Strategy & Planning for the Corporate Division of Lloyds Banking Group. She also managed the ‘Gender Agenda’, within the Global Diversity Team, where she secured Board level sponsorship for a major programme of change, which led to the creation of Employers for Work-Life Balance in the UK and a 50% increase in senior women.

Sunniva, born and raised in Norway, has lived in Switzerland, Cyprus and USA, and is now settled in France. She is fluent in Norwegian, English and French and can read and understand German.

She has both strategic and operational experience in HR and D&I, gained in a variety of international roles. She has a deep understanding of national cultures and working across borders, and has designed interventions and programmes to help teams and businesses develop intercultural competence.

Parker

Karen Parker has over 25 years experience in Sales, Marketing and Management with two of the world’s leading companies. Her ability to create a successful working environment resulted in her becoming an IBM Director and member of the IBM UK Executive Leadership Team. Karen has spent many years working with Clients at Board level helping them understand and resolve business issues. Working with the UK Executive Team Karen was an integral part of the UK transformation team leading and implementing change.

Annabel
Burrows

Annabel has fifteen years’ experience as a qualified facilitator and management trainer, which is combined with front-line expertise in all aspects of staff development and recruitment. Equally comfortable working with groups or on a one-to-one basis, she can deliver value to support individual learning and development, and works regularly with groups ranging from undergraduates through to senior executives.

An experienced coach and mentor, her work has included acting as a mentor in the UK Department of Work and Pensions “Working Links’ Lone Parent Mentoring scheme”.

Debbie
McGowan

Debbie has over 20 years wide-ranging experience gained across a variety of commercial disciplines, largely within Financial Services, but also within the charity and public sector. Previous roles within a top FTSE 100 company include Director of Transformation and Change Programmes, and leading 2,500 people within 3 Call Centres, where adopting appropriate D&I practices was instrumental for success. As one of a minority of Executive women, she was key in establishing and chairing a Women's Network in London & the South East. Having lived in Hong Kong in the mid-1990s, Debbie has now returned there and is Brook Graham's Research Associate for Asia.

With over 20 years experience in leadership, talent management and organisational development, (both as a line manager and OD specialist), Adrian has successfully facilitated a wide variety of talent/leadership interventions across the public sector (MOD, NHS, local government) and the private sector (Retail, Financial Services, Media, Transport, Marketing, Distribution & Civil Engineering).

Sue passionately believes that diversity and inclusion is a fundamental consideration in every aspect of business – from the leadership of people, the provision of services and goods/products to customers and the impact on the bottom line.

Prior to her career in consultancy she had over 15 years experience as a Senior Executive, leading large retail customer facing businesses and HR functions for top FTSE 100 companies.

Ana has 18 years’ experience of working with organisations on change and organisational & talent development projects. She is based in Portugal, works internationally (including Brazil) across a wide range of sectors: IT, finance, pharmaceuticals, FMCG, manufacturing, consultancy, telecommunications, retail, the Portuguese Government (Central Administration), culture and education.

Justine has extensive experience as an HR generalist gained over an 18 year career working with leading organisations in the financial, retail and legal sectors. She has worked overseas, including in HR Director roles for Barclays in both Italy and Ireland, and has a proven track record both as an HR leader in complex, multi-stakeholder environments and in managing organisational change across diverse cultures. She speaks Italian and French to a good standard.

Cox

Jose has worked on D&I strategies with a number of major companies in the USA and Latin America.

His extensive work with external stakeholders has included developing supplier diversity programmes.

His work has also focused on developing effective cross-cultural teams. He is bi-lingual and bi-cultural in English and Spanish. Jose is Puerto Rican by birth, a US citizen and currently based in Seattle, USA.

Karine designs and delivers learning solutions through her expertise in diversity, intercultural competence and inclusiveness. She specialises in cross cultural competence, global virtual teams and gender awareness.

She has worked with many multinational companies, delivering leadership development and teambuilding sessions across Europe, Middle East, Asia, Africa and North America. She is certified in Diversity Intervention Skills (NTL- Virginia, USA) and the IDI (Intercultural Development Inventory by Milton Bennett). She is French by birth, fluent in French, English and Spanish and currently based in the USA.

Anne has wide ranging international experience in personal and organisational change, gained by working with leading organisations in many sectors and many different countries.

A highly experienced facilitator and coach, she has worked with individuals and leadership teams in some of the world’s largest multinational corporations.

Anne is American by birth, holds both US and British citizenship and divides her time largely between Europe and the USA.

Tony Highland has had over 20 years practical experience as a Director of Sales and Operations across various FTSE 100 businesses, creating and leading teams. As a change agent he understands the benefits to business of diversity in the workforce and has had particular success embedding effective succession management processes across large-scale businesses as an enabler to major transformation projects.
